Loved extremely helpful staff and big size hotel.
My room was well presented with Terrace, balcony, as example, and the check-out was late. The public parking was nearby, very good service. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

I've never stayed anywhere where the staff were so attentive without being intrusive and automatically went the extra mile (inlcuding 5 star hotels). The rooms were exceptionally equipped, adequately sized with modern decor, free wifi and latop in room, free bottles of water replenished every day, luxury bathroom and soft towels and bed. When I unfortunately had to attend the hospital whilst in Hanoi the hotel provided a taxi and interpreter from the hotel without being asked or expecting anything in return - amazing service! A great team of employees who make you feel like a visiting friend rather than hotel customer.
The room we stayed in had an internal window to allow natural daylight in which was carefully covered by a blind to ensure privacy. The room never felt dark so not really a negative but an unusual quirk to the room.

The suite we stayed in had a balcony and a terrace that overlooked a beautiful lake.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a triple room for three adults. The toiletries were renewed every day. They were always willing to phone for a taxi and they let us print our boarding passes off. There were lovely touches when we got there with a welcoming ginger tea and rose petals in the basin and on the beds. The breakfast was good.

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in over 4 hours early - this was greatly appreciated as we were tired from a long flight.
The room was a little small for a deluxe room but it was very comfortable.

Staff were very helpful and concerned when I needed a doctor. Our room faced the busy Shoe Street but was quiet at night. The bed was huge and very comfortable-not too hard like some in Asia. There was a lot of choice at breakfast which varied each day ( we stayed 4 days). One charming waitress told us the story of the founding of Hanoi. Tour & taxi bookings were prompt & efficient. We can recommend Meracus.
